At Clyst Caring Friends we run a variety of services which offer support to elderly, disabled and infirm members of the local community. Read on for more information on the different services we offer.
For patients who are unable to drive or make use of public transport, we can provide transport to the surgery at Pinhoe or Broadclyst or other local medical appointments such as the podiatry or dentist. There is also the possibility of a one-way journey to local hospital appointments.
If you wish to use this facility you may consult with your doctor or nurse who will advise Clyst Caring Friends that you are in need of transport. You can also contact our office manager Ann Unwin on 01392 464940.
Passengers are asked to contribute towards the cost of their journey. Information on current charges is available from the Clyst Caring Friends office
Once you are registered, to arrange transport ring the Clyst Caring Friends office on 01392 464940 / 07889 563936. The office is open mornings only. Please leave a message if you call outside of office hours and we will get back to you.
