Volunteering

Clyst Caring Friends relies on volunteers to help us provide support for elderly, disabled, infirm and isolated in the Pinhoe and Broadclyst areas. We have a committed body of workers and are always looking for more people to join the team. If you would like to be a volunteer or would like more information about any of our activities we would love to hear from you.

We have a variety of voluntary positions available - from volunteering with helping out at our day centre or coffee mornings or assisting in providing transport for those unable to get to medical appointments. We also need volunteers to staff our charity shop.

Our requirements for volunteers to fill the different roles can vary, so please get in touch on 01392 464940 to find out about the current volunteer positions available.

Volunteers can be of any age - from 18 years to well past retirement; driver or nondriver; working or not working. References will be required, training will be given and out-of-pocket expenses met.

If you would like to join our team of volunteers please telephone our office manager on 01392 464940 for more information.
